Child Protection Training
Limerick Childcare Committee has just completed it's 12th Child Protection and Welfare Training for 2015. This brings the total number of staff trained in Limerick to 353, since the introduction of the new programme in Jan 2014. The training which is delivered under the National Early Years Children First Committee, is accredited by Tusla and is available to all Early Years Practitioners including Childminders. [...]

Capital Funding Announced for Limerick
The Early Years Capital funding for 2015 was announced on Thursday 30th July by Minister James Reilly. Just under €7 million has been allocated through the Department of Children and Youth Affairs to 2,415 grantees nationwide.
