Local Briefing Sessions on New Childcare Regulations

To assist childcare providers’ understanding of the new revised regulations, Tusla are undertaking briefings on the new regulations throughout the country. There will be 2 sessions in Limerick on Wednesday 1st June in the South Court Hotel with attendance by ticket only. Bookings for the briefing sessions can now be made here.

At the briefings, Tusla intend covering the following areas:

The findings of their recent survey sent to all childcare providers
Identify the new changes within the 2016 Regulations
The process for re-registration for existing childcare providers
The registration process for new services
An overview of the Quality and Regulatory Framework which Tusla are currently developing
